Prompted by the democratic strains facing Otoineppu, a shrinking Japanese village, this tool helps residents work out and articulate their opinions ahead of joining community deliberation. It runs an adaptive LLM questioning loop to sharpen each person's stance, then arranges those positions using PCA-based opinion clustering to reveal where people agree, where the facts are contested, and where values diverge.
