A public–private collaborative forum led by Yamaguchi Prefecture to promote digital transformation (DX). The initiative opens its DX hub, Y-BASE, to members and stakeholders. It addresses regional challenges such as declining birthrates and aging population, depopulation, and the outflow of young people.
