The partners will develop and pilot an AI-powered Housing Navigator that helps renters complete program-specific housing applications, understand eligibility and preferences, and navigate property- and program-level requirements.

The tool will also support waiting list management and guide families through the steps to secure housing and higher-opportunity neighborhoods. By simplifying complex rules and reducing administrative barriers, the project aims to improve access to stable, affordable housing nationwide.
