The Parliamentary Resource Hub (PRHub) is an online knowledge platform that facilitates the sharing of high-quality information on African parliaments, and contributes to strengthening the capacities of parliamentary monitoring organizations (PMOs) and civil society organizations (CSOs) through interactive learning to effectively promote parliamentary development in Africa.

The Parliamentary Resource Hub (PR Hub) is an online knowledge platform that facilitates the sharing of high-quality information on African parliaments and contributes to strengthening the capacities of parliamentary monitoring organizations (PMOs) and civil society organizations (CSOs) through interactive learning to effectively promote Open Parliament across Africa.

The initiative was birthed in 2021 under the Open Parliament Engagements and Networking in West Africa (OPEN West) Africa project implemented by Parliamentary Network Africa and funded by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).

The strategic goal of the PR-Hub is to make parliamentary information on African parliaments easily accessible to CSOs, PMOs, and academia, empower CSOs/PMOs to support their national, sub-national and sub-regional parliaments, and to build a community of practice on open parliament in Africa.

The PR-Hub is an initiative of Parliamentary Network Africa to provide a go-to online platform where civil society organisations, academia, parliamentary development practitioners and the media can access high-quality information on African parliaments without going through stress.
