This tool facilitated vote swapping to maximise Harris votes in swing states by encouraging potential (but undecided) left-leaning Harris voters in swing states to pledge to vote for Harris in exchange for people in uncompetitive states pledging to vote for a protest candidate or write-in (e.g., "ceasefire").
