東京大学内に設置された「デジタル空間社会連携研究機構」を中心に、市民や地域企業、行政、関連団体など多様なステークホルダーが関わり、地域やコミュニティのためのデータ・デジタル活用を徹底的に進める。一人一人が主体的に課題設定からデータ生成、データ活用、デザイン技術開発までのソリューション開発過程に一貫して関わることができる学びや実践の場を各地に創生・展開する。特に、1組織1個人では得られない多様性の豊かな対話と共創や多様な経験の機会を提供し地域のデジタル力をボトムアップ的に底上げするような活動を育て・サポートしていく基盤を構築し、産官学で共有する。

Centered on the Digital Space Society Collaborative Research Organization established at the University of Tokyo, various stakeholders including citizens, local businesses, government, and related organizations will be involved in thoroughly promoting data and digital utilization for the region and community. We will create and develop learning and practice spaces in various regions where each individual can be proactively involved in the entire solution development process from problem setting to data generation, data utilization, and design technology development. In particular, we will build a foundation to foster and support activities that raise the digital capabilities of the region in a bottom-up manner by providing opportunities for diverse and rich dialogue, co-creation, and diverse experiences that cannot be obtained by a single organization or individual, and share this foundation with industry, government, and academia.
