ComplaintCA helps Canadians file complaints against municipalities, landlords, employers, and businesses by routing them to the correct authority and drafting the complaint with AI assistance in 7 languages.
ComplaintCA launched in 2026 to help anyone in Canada file a complaint against a municipality, landlord, employer, or business without needing to know which authority handles it. An AI assistant analyzes what happened and identifies the correct body to contact, then drafts the complaint in one of 7 languages — so people who don't speak English or French, or who aren't familiar with formal complaint language, can still file a proper submission. The platform also includes a Lawyer Panel, where legal-track cases (individual or community) can be picked up by volunteer or partner lawyers, giving users a path to legal help without having to search for a lawyer on their own. The project is newly launched and growing. People can help by sharing it with anyone who needs it, or — if they're a lawyer — by joining the Lawyer Panel to take on cases.
