Facilitating communication between residents and local government through a participatory tree management app.

Developed at the Tokyo Governor's Cup Open Data Hackathon 2025, this participatory tree management app addressed Itabashi ward's challenge of promoting resident understanding of tree management. The app enables residents to report tree conditions and facilitates communication between residents and local government.
