Tools are organised across archive, opsec, and governance realms, geolocated on a world map, and surfaced through a threat-model assessment that assembles a personalised stack for a participant's context, threat level, and device. Multilingual across roughly fifteen languages and built as a single offline-capable page, it is designed to stay useful where communities are most exposed.
