A case study of legislative theater in Mulhouse, France.
The Citizen Participation Agency of the city of Mulhouse brought together professionals and students in social work, artists and people supported by the city in a legislative theater festival. The festival was a participatory and collective experience organized to inspire debate, deliberation, and policy change.
