M-Haki’s intent to change the lives of poor Kenyans who are unable to access justice through this innovative platform that will reach people from where they are. M-Haki service was designed with members of the public in mind; people who previously had to travel long distances to get access to justice in court and those who cannot afford lawyers for legal information now have this platform available to them. M-Haki can be used to promote legal awareness on human rights and access to justice issues, to strengthen the existing strategies of ensuring that we get access to justice, to strengthen the justice centres of Kituo in the different parts of the country and advocate for policy change using the data collected through the platform.
