[W]hich aspires to establish a global democracy, solving the hard problem of representing every human in the world – including those who won’t participate – without the help of government.
A game that can change everything... "You say you want a revolution Well, you know We all want to change the world" "You say you got a real solution Well, you know We'd all love to see the plan" The revolution isn't happening. Humanity is stuck. The best democracies are still bad ones, derived from antiquated parliamentary models. So let's all play a game. Literally, all of us - everyone in the world. We'll pretend we've all acquired an additional citizenship to a new nation. This nation is United Humans (UH). While UH doesn't have any land and exists as a digital state, like any nation, it still cares a great deal about its sovereignty. For real sovereignty, we will need a well-distributed blockchain. Everything can happen on this blockchain, mainly an optimized democracy that distributes power by weaving together liquid democracy, sortition, proportional representation, and executive authority. It will need limitless bandwidth and democratic governance. Thus it won't use Proof of Work, or staking, which can result in unpredictable obstacles and costs - we can't have electoral processes competing with primate memes for bandwidth. Instead, this new blockchain protocol will rely on identity, integrity, and consensus. As participants in this game, and citizens of this pretend digital global sovereign state, what are our main goals? 1. Bring democracy to anything. 2. Facilitate economic experimentation 3. Bring the world's people together irrespective of their nation states. This is just getting started.
