Placelet is a system for collecting, analyzing and visualizing data on the human experience of urban places.
The physical sensor network collects movement, audio and air quality data with the goal of better correlating physical conditions and activity to the invisible economic and social patterns that shape the public realm at the scale of a single urban block or streetscape.
