By sharing the intellectual property (source code) owned by the city as a public good with the citizens of the city and other local governments, it is possible to hear a wide range of opinions (correction and improvement opinions) from home and abroad, which makes OSS itself autonomous. It will be possible to develop the profits and return the profits to the citizens of Tokyo.
