Using 311 Data to Drive Change and Manage Performance

For many of our partner cities, SeeClickFix has become an integral tool for managing citizen satisfaction. In these cities, SeeClickFix 311 data is central to measuring the success (and challenges) of the organization. Cities use this data to set benchmarks and goals as well as to conduct periodic reviews to audit operations and drive change.

To drive this change, organizations need periodic reports that cover the metrics that are key to their success. This is difficult for many cities. Manipulating data to generate usable reports is time-consuming and requires a moderate level of expertise. For many organizations, the hurdle is high enough that they do not run reports at all — making management difficult.
